CA. Jameskutty Antony is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is a graduate in Mathematics and has qualified as a chartered Accountant in the year 1998. After a short stint with industry, he started his independent practice in the year 2000. He has got a combined experience of over 23 years as a Chartered Accountant.

He is a qualified Information Systems Auditor with Diploma in Information System Audit (DISA) from ICAI. He has also passed the CISA exam of ISACA, USA.

He is an expert in Direct and Indirect taxation. He advises many clients on Direct, Indirect and International Taxation, Corporate Law and other regulatory requirements, Risk and Compliance Advisory, Valuation and Due Diligence. He also handles audit and assurance services.

He has hands-on experience in Capital Markets, Business Planning & Advisory, JV, M&A, Capital Raising, Business Set up & Entry Strategies, Business Reorganization & Restructuring, IT Strategy & Implementation, Project Finance and Project Evaluation etc.

Ms. Julie P Paul is post graduate in Commerce and is a Fellow of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She qualified in the year 2011 and is a part of Tom and Jim since then.

She is well experienced in Direct and Indirect Taxation and heads the Kottayam office of the firm.

She handles audit, assurance, taxation and compliances.

Ms. Sheeja Soman is a Fellow Chartered Accountant qualified in 2013 and is well experienced in Audit. She is a Graduate in Chemistry from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam.

She has wide exposure in Hospitality, Retail Trade, Advertising, Construction Industries and Other Service Industries.

She is well versed in GST and TDS compliances.

She joined Tom and Jim in 2016 and is heading the Audit and Assurance vertical of the Firm. She also takes care of Compliance vertical of the Firm.
